January – March 2009

“Wishing great professional, social and personal achievements to all, we start 2009 with even greater enthusiasm for the opportunities that rise from this year’s challenging circumstances. The recent release of ISO 9001:2008 brings only a few changes but broadens the horizon in organisations providing the opportunity for a review of processes and relationships with stakeholders for even better results. Together with our Dutch partner Symvalo (www.symvalo.nl) we started on the development of On-line Training packages. The launch of On-line Training by Symvalo and CC&More will take place the last week of Q1 (23-27 March 2009) from our respective sites.”

April – June 2008

In CC&More and Symvalo we believe that Society relatedinitiatives can, and should, be taken-up by any entity regardless of its size. We also believe that a team effort for societal issues is very gratifying not only for communities but for everybody involved in the process.

A Society related initiative, triggered by the devastating fires that deserted many areas in Greece in the summer 2007, has become a shared Society responsibility for the Fire Brigade of Hilversum, DHL Netherlands, DHL Greece, Symvalo and CC&More.  In a shared effort all parties decided to support the Fire Service Volunteers in Greece which is another country where all companies operate and the Dutch Fire Brigade has links.

Ad Jongenelen, owner of Symvalo, Advies & Training opened-up the door for this proactive Society operation which aims to support the many efforts for saving the environment in Greece. CC&More participates with the necessary coordination of activities.

With the essential support from the Fire Brigade of Hilversum (Mr. John van der Zwan, deputy Regional Commandant Gooi and Vechtstreek) the initiative went live in early April 2008 when the first supplies were dispatched by DHL Netherlands (Mr. Fred Beljaars, Managing Director DHL Benelux) to the Fire Services Volunteers of NEOS VOUTZAS (www.voutzas.com) and NEA MAKRI, in the outer Athens area.

In early summer 2008 it is planned that the Directors of Symvalo and CC&More will drive themselves from Holland to Greece the first fire-truck.

“Some organizations have extended their definition of Excellence to an examination of the extent to which they conduct their business ethically and co-exist in harmony with different groups in Society”.
EFQM “Why Society results are important”

January – March 2008

“CCMore enhanced its series Managing with Flair with the new concept-model:
“Management System and Self-Assessment in the Non-Profit organisation”. This was developed on demand by one of our top Customers and is already being introduced throughout the NP. The particular needs of the Non-Profit organisation are covered in this model with consideration of the specific requirements of its public and other stakeholders and in line with the EFQM/INK model”.
